EMG by Strictly Roots

EMG by Strictly Roots is a brilliant and professional integrative hair service. Jay and Dr. Nicole are a great match for this one of a kind service. My first encounter with them was through a friend of a colleague’s birthday celebration. Long story short, I got a tour of the business’ sprinter and I immediately fell in love. The energy, vibe and music were all irresistible. Then I immediately took their business card and told them that I would be in touch. Some people take business cards and sometimes never keep in touch but I assure you I started with a text the next day and made my first appointment. Several days later they parked the sprinter in front of my house and I was ready to get my hair done after being in braids for a month. I was embarrassed my the state of my hair but they welcomed me and made me feel absolutely comfortable. I end up having a style that eased the transition from processed hair to natural hair. Throughout the process, I was educated on the many misconceptions women of color believed was the right way to manage their hair and skin. In addition to Jay giving me the hair talk, I was also provided counseling by Dr. Nicole on ways that the hair, body, mind and spirit can all play vital roles in our health and daily life performance as human beings. You know when you go on a first date with someone and it will be that first encounter that will determine if you will see them again, I enjoyed myself with Strictly Roots and I definitely joined their membership service. When it comes to hair, it is important that you build a relationship with someone you trust and you can call your personal stylist. Just like some people who have their primary care physicians in whom they follow up with throughout their years, it’s the same with hair. To make an everlasting investment with EMG by Strictly Roots will leave you always feeling completely satisfied. It’s a transformative process from the outside in. If you look good, you will feel good too!
